At Mark Street Residence, we offer quality boarding house accommodation to a wide range of residents in Queensland. Each bedroom has a single bed, a built in wardrobe, fridge, flat screen TV, desk, chair and handbasin.
We have 4 bathrooms and 4 kitchens throughout the house for shared used, equipped with electric cooktops, microwaves, kettles and a coin operated laundry.
Rent starts at $230 per week, with a 4-week bond and 2 weeks’ rent in advance to move in.
We accept EFT or bank deposit. We do not receive cash on the premises.
You can bring your own linen, or we can supply a set for $100 which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, quilt, pillow and pillow case.
